In such a situation, candidates who want to apply for UPSC ESE 2025 should submit the application through the official website upsc.gov.in before 6 pm today. At the same time, candidates will be able to make changes in their application form from 23 to 29 November 2024.

UPSC ESE 2025: Application Fee
For UPSC ESE 2025, candidates of General and OBC category will have to pay an application fee of Rs 200. Women, SC, ST and Divyang category candidates have been exempted in the application fee.
UPSC ESE 2025: Age Limit
To apply for UPSC ESE, the age of the candidate should be minimum 21 years and maximum 30 years as on 1 January 2025. In the maximum age limit, OBC category candidates will get three years relaxation, SC, ST category candidates will get five years and Divyangs will get ten years relaxation.
UPSC ESE 2025: Educational Qualification
Must have a degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics Engineering from any recognized institute or university.
UPSC ESE 2025: Selection Process
The selection process of UPSC Engineering Service Exam 2025 will have three stages. The first stage will be the prelims exam, the second stage will be the mains exam and the last and third stage will be the interview.
ESE Prelims Exam in June
UPSC ESE 2025 Prelims Exam will be held on 8 June 2025. The exam will be held in two sessions. The first session exam will be from 9.30 am to 11.30 am while the second session exam will be from 2 pm to 5 pm. UPSC ESE Mains Exam 2025 will be conducted on 10 August 2025. Only candidates who qualify in the UPSE ESE prelims exam can appear in the mains exam.
There will be two papers
There will be two papers in the ESE exam. The first paper will be of General Studies and Engineering Aptitude. The second paper will be of Civil, Mechanical, Electronic and Electrical and Communication. This exam will be objective type.
